Terms of use

These terms apply when you use a Social Together festival app, the web app or this website. By creating an account you accept them. How we handle your data is described in the privacy statement.

The service

The app helps a group of friends plan and share a music festival. It is free. We build it for our own crew and the people they invite, and we offer it as it is: features can change, and the app can be unavailable at times.

Social Together is not connected to any festival, its organisers, venues or artists. Lineups, times and venues come from public sources and can be wrong or out of date. Always check the festival’s own information.

Your account

Behave like a good festival friend

Everything you post can be seen by everyone using the same festival’s app. Do not:

We can remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Your content

What you post stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to the other users of the same festival’s app, for as long as it is in the app. You can delete your posts, or your whole account, as described in the privacy statement.

Responsibility

We do our best to keep the app working and your data safe, but we cannot promise that the app is always available or free of errors. We are not responsible for missed shows, plans that change, or decisions you make based on the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer protection law of the country where you live.

Ending

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We can end the service for a festival, for example some time after it is over; we will tell you in the app beforehand so you can save what you want to keep.

Changes

When these terms change, we update the date at the top. If a change matters, we tell you in the app before it applies.
